Clock Source

Note: This field is enabled only if the value displayed in Clock Source is External or Receive.

DTE Clock

This field is enabled if the value displayed in Clock Source above is

Local-Ext ; Remote-Rcv, and if this modem is different than the modem selected in Clock

Source Port.

For ASMi-51/CQ/SA/CD, ASMi-52 CD/CD4w/CQ the field Clock Source is disabled if one of the

following values displayed for Interface Type (IR): ETH/UTP, IP/UTP, ETH/Q.

For all other modems:

The field Clock Source: "...-Ext" and "...-Ext-Auto" values are not selectable when Interface

Type (IR) of the Far-End is ETH/UTP or ETH/BNC.

The field Clock Source: "Ext…" and "Ext-Auto…" values are not selectable when Interface

Type (IR) of the Near-End is ETH/UTP or ETH/BNC.

When setting Rate to 2304k, a confirmation message appears: “Setting all card

modems to Rate=2304 kbps”. Press <OK> to confirm.

If the Rate is changed from 2304 kbps to any other value, a confirmation

message appears: “Setting all other card modems to <Rate>”. Press <OK> to

confirm.
