4-24 LAN Port Configuration
Bridge Parameters
In the User LAN Bridging application LA-110 provides a solution to connect
local/remote LANs over an ATM network.
The LA-110 Bridge can operate in VLAN Aware and VLAN Unaware mode.
To configure Bridge parameters:
1. In the LA-110 Navigator, select the Bridge port (VLAN Unaware), right-click and
select Configure > Bridge Parameters.

2. Fill in the fields, as described in Table 4-12.
3. Click <Save> to save the changes.
If the Bridge Type field was changed from VLAN Aware to VLAN Unaware,
a confirmation message dialog appears: "Changing Bridge type will reset
device and erase all VLAN configuration. Do You Wish to Continue?" Click
<Yes> to confirm.
If the Bridge Type field was changed from VLAN Unaware to VLAN Aware,
a confirmation message dialog appears "Changing Bridge type will reset
device and erase learned MAC addresses. Do You Wish to Continue?"
Click <Yes> to confirm.
